November was considerably warmer than average mainly during daytime and is one of the warmest Novembers since the beginning of the measurements. However it did not break records and there were three more cases in the past where November was warmer. It should be noted that in recent times there has been a considerable number of warm Novembers and this is in line with the warming trend since the 1980s.

Rainfall amounts in November were smaller than average in most areas and were mostly received in one event which occurred on the 18th to 21st. However the deficiency of rainfall and the small number of rainy days are not unusual.
