October was warmer than average during the day and close to average at night. In the first part of the month the temperatures were lower than average, while in the second part of the month, especially in the last third, the temperatures were higher than average, so that not only was there no autumn cooling, but there was even a warming trend.

Rainfall amounts were small and ranged from a few millimeters to 10-15 mm in the north and center of the country. Most of the rain fell in one event on the 8th to the 9th of the month. The lack of rain is not unusual, and it can be noted that last year October was almost completely rainless.
