The first winter-like rain event of the season, nationwide in scope, struck our region in recent days. During this event, tens of millimeters of rain fell, reaching nearly 100 mm in some areas. Furthermore, there were exceptional and even unprecedented rainfall intensities, resulting in urban flooding, flash floods in streams, hail, and strong wind gusts that caused damage.
