September was slightly warmer than average. No outstanding meteorological events were recorded, except for rain that occurred in the middle of the month, mainly in the Northern Coastal Plain.

The summer of 2019 (June – September) was warmer than usual, but there were warmer summers in the past, especially in recent years.
